What Does a House Supervisor Do? As a House Supervisor with
Lower Keys Medical Center, you will spend your day
- Directing and coordinating hospital activities responsible for
insuring the delivery of competent, appropriate nursing care on all
units within the hospital.
- Monitor compliance with Standards of Care and practice by
participating in chart reviews and observing staff.
- Implements and Maintains compliance with established policies
and procedures, safety regulations, infection control standards,
JACO and OSHA standards.
- You will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish
goals, while performing a variety of tasks.

Which Qualifications Do You Need? In order to set you up for
success, you need the basics of
- Requires a graduation from and accredited AD, Diploma or
Baccalaureate Degree in curriculum.
- You must possess a current FL License.
- Must have four years in related field of nursing, with one year
in management role.
- You will need to be familiar with standard concepts, practices,
and procedures within this field.
- BLS Healthcare Provider required.
