Quality Manager Representative - Key West, FL Cambridge

security. We are currently seeking a Quality Manager Representative
to support Command Centers, Communication Networks, and Data
Facilities in Key West, FL . This position is contingent on
contract award, with an expected start date in May 2026. This is a
full-time position requiring an active DoD Secret clearance. This
position may be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Act
(SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA). What You’ll Do As a Quality
Control Representative , you will play a critical role in ensuring
compliance with quality management standards, driving continuous
process improvement, and maintaining the integrity of
organizational quality systems that serve U.S. government missions.
You will: Manages QMS and ensures ISO compliance for T/O. Monitors
T/O conformance and quality trends, supports PMO in quality
activities. Audits processes, makes recommendations for continuous
improvement, and ensures accuracy/timeliness of quality and process
documentation. Owns and executes the T/O QMP. What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications: Education & Experience: High school
diploma or GED Six years of experience in Quality Assurance and
oversight Certifications: Must have a current and active DoD Secret
security clearance. Six Sigma certification at the White, Yellow,
Green, Black, or Master Black Belt level is valued, with a
preference for candidates holding a Yellow Belt certification.
Proficient with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
Travel & Passport Some overnight stays possible. Must have an
active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living
requirements. Work Environment Compliance with vaccination and
medical requirements for TDY/OCONUS roles as per Vaccine
Recommendations by AOR | Health.mil . This position requires
working in a stressful environment, dealing with conflict, working
under pressure and with strict deadlines, focus and attention to
detail Office setting: Primarily an office-based role in Key West,
FL Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and
movement on site. Must be able to work in an office environment,
sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.
Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about
sitting, walking, standing, etc. May be required to travel short
distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
