Summary: The ICU RN provides comprehensive care for critically ill
patients, utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the
state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Responsibilities
include patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring
of ventilators and critical drips, and collaboration with the
healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care. Patient Ratio:
